Implements a $50.00 registration fee due upon initial registration and annually thereafter, with a lifetime cap of $550.00 total fees, except for individuals initially required to register after January 1, 2019.

Mandates that registered offenders maintain a current Michigan operator's license, chauffeur's license, or state personal identification card with their current address on file.

Requires digitized photographs for released incarcerated offenders and establishes verification procedures including photograph comparison to ensure proper identification.
