Authorizes the Michigan Department to issue a limited 2-year license to practice mortuary science to individuals licensed in Indiana, Ohio, or Wisconsin, provided those states offer substantially reciprocal licensing opportunities to Michigan licensees.

Allows limited license holders to remove dead human bodies from places of death in Michigan, register with local registrars, transport bodies to or from their home state, and supervise final disposition of human bodies in Michigan.

Prohibits limited license holders from operating funeral establishments, practicing embalming, advertising mortuary or cremation services, owning or being employed by cemeteries, or violating section 1810 of the Occupational Code.

Requires the department to issue limited licenses with explicit limitations as described in the statute.
