Prohibits psychological associates from administering, producing, or distributing psychological testing, evaluations, or reports unless supervised and countersigned by a psychologist with a non-limited license.

Sets license fees including $50 application processing, $60 for psychological associate annual license, $90 for full doctoral license, and $15 for temporary licenses.

Clarifies that amendments do not mandate third-party reimbursement or workers' compensation benefits for psychological associate services and allows prior limited license holders to transition or renew under existing or new provisions.
