Affirms that the Natural Resources Commission has exclusive authority to regulate the taking of game using sound scientific management principles, with decisions made after public meetings and input.

Requires the Commission to provide copies of orders regarding game taking to relevant legislative committees at least 30 days before issuance.

Declares that hunting, fishing, and taking game are valued parts of Michigan's cultural heritage and should be preserved as a citizen right, subject to applicable regulations and law.
