Adopts the Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act to establish standards and procedures for courts to prevent child abduction and impose protective measures.

Allows courts to enter abduction prevention orders if evidence establishes a credible risk of child abduction, considering factors such as prior abduction attempts, threats, financial activities, passport applications, domestic violence history, and ties to foreign countries.

Permits courts to impose conditions including travel restrictions, passport surrender requirements, supervised visitation, bond requirements, and educational orders to prevent abduction.

Authorizes courts to issue ex parte warrants for immediate physical custody of a child if credible risk of imminent wrongful removal exists, with respondent afforded hearing at earliest possible time.

Defines abduction prevention remedies as cumulative with other available legal remedies and establishes that prevention orders remain in effect until child reaches age 18, is emancipated, or the order is modified by a court with jurisdiction.
