Amends MCL 777.16d to add new sentencing guidelines for assaulting, battering, or endangering health professionals, classified as Class G felonies with a 2-year statutory maximum.

Creates tiered sentencing classifications for assaults on health professionals: Class G for simple assault (2 years), Class F for assault causing injury (4 years), Class C for assault causing serious impairment (15 years), and Class B for assault causing death (20 years).

Adds sentencing guidelines for assault on utility workers under MCL 750.81e, with Class G classification for bodily injury requiring medical attention (2 years) and Class E for serious impairment (5 years).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment but is contingent on Senate Bill No. 250 of the 97th Legislature being enacted into law.

Revises the criminal sentencing guidelines table in Chapter XVII to include dozens of felony offenses with corresponding offense classes and statutory maximum sentences.
