Amends Michigan's sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.13p) to add sentencing classifications for 10 specific felonies related to licensing violations and regulatory compliance.

Adds penalties for violations including unauthorized practice of residential contracting, public accounting, architecture, engineering, and land surveying; private detective and security business licensing violations; and unauthorized disclosure of social security numbers.

Establishes Class E felony for allowing a professional boxer/mixed martial artist to compete against an amateur, with statutory maximum of 3 years imprisonment.

Establishes Class F and G felonies for various unauthorized professional practices, with statutory maximums ranging from 2 to 5 years imprisonment.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, but only if Senate Bill No. 362 of the 97th Legislature is also enacted into law.
