The requirement to post materials online applies only if the school can comply without violating intellectual property rights of material creators that existed before the section's effective date.

Beginning on the effective date, schools cannot enter into, renew, or extend contracts with instructional material or service providers unless the contract permits compliance with the online posting requirement.
