Establishes the Trampoline Court Safety Act to regulate trampoline court operators and establish duties for users in commercial and institutional facilities.

Requires operators to comply with ASTM F2970-13 safety standards, post required signage, maintain facilities, and deliver instructions to trampoliners before participation.

Mandates trampoliners maintain control, follow posted warnings, avoid contact with others, refrain from running on equipment, not participate while under the influence, and avoid participation with certain medical conditions.

Establishes that trampoliners accept inherent risks of trampolining including collisions, falls, and landing injuries that are not caused by operator negligence.

Exempts gymnastics clubs and facilities where the majority of activities are gymnastics-based instruction with appropriate student-to-coach ratios from the act's requirements.
