Amends Michigan's zoning law (2006 PA 110) to add protections for amateur radio service station antenna structures

Allows amateur radio antenna structures to be erected at heights necessary for amateur radio communications, including those exceeding 200 feet as regulated under federal law (47 CFR 97.15 and 47 CFR part 17)

Requires local governments regulating amateur radio antennas to reasonably accommodate communications rather than preclude them, using only the minimum necessary regulation to achieve legitimate local purposes

Directs persons seeking information about amateur radio antenna regulation to contact advisory boards jointly established by the Michigan section of the American Radio Relay League and state organizations representing local units of government

Takes effect immediately upon approval
