Amends MCL 436.1609 to define "barware" as brand-logoed items including trays, coasters, napkins, shirts, hats, pitchers, drinkware, bar mats, buckets, bottle openers, stir rods, patio umbrellas, and packaging used to hold and deliver alcoholic liquor.

Allows retailers to possess and use brand-logoed barware purchased from manufacturers, vendors, salespersons, brokers, or barware retailers, with receipts required to be maintained for at least 3 years.

Permits on-premises retailers 14 days after a brand promotional event to remove brand-logoed merchandise from the premises to maintain compliance.

Imposes fines up to $2,500 on manufacturers, wholesalers, and outstate sellers that provide or sell barware without authorization, with multiple violations from the same incident treated as a single violation.

Restricts the Michigan Liquor Control Commission to adding or removing only one item from the barware definition per rule, at least 18 months after the act's effective date, and prohibits rules adding refrigerator systems, draft systems, or furniture to the barware definition.
