Amends sec. 16186 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16186); adds sec. 16152 & repeals sec. 16344 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.16344) & repeals pt. 187 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.18701 - 333.18713).
