Requires the Department of Health to establish training standards for identifying victims of human trafficking for individuals seeking licensure or registration in health professions covered under the law, with limited exceptions for those licensed under part 188 or subject to section 17060.

Human trafficking identification training standards must be promulgated within 2 years of the effective date and applied to renewal cycles beginning with the first renewal after rules are established, and to initial licenses issued 5 or more years after rules are promulgated.

Requires physician's assistants to complete training standards for identifying victims of human trafficking as part of their licensing and renewal requirements under the same timeline and conditions as other health professions.

Takes effect January 14, 2015.
