Updates statutory language by replacing "who" with "that" and "pursuant to" with "under" throughout the definitions section for consistency.

Corrects reference citation in the Uniform Commercial Code definition from "MCL 440.11102" to "MCL 440.9994" to reference the proper statutory range.

Expands consumer protections to include purchasers or lessees of motor home chassis vehicles that are covered by manufacturer's express warranties.
