Allows Michigan licensing boards to grant temporary licenses valid for 6 months to applicants married to active-duty military members stationed in Michigan who hold current licenses in good standing in another state, territory, or foreign country.

Temporary military spouse licenses may be renewed for one additional 6-month term if the applicant continues meeting eligibility requirements and needs more time to obtain full licensure in Michigan.

Requires applicants to provide proof of active-duty military marriage, current license in good standing in another jurisdiction, spouse's permanent change of station orders to Michigan, and completion of criminal history check.

Maintains existing temporary license provisions for nursing applicants licensed in other states or Canada, valid for 1 year, and general temporary licenses for applicants who completed all requirements except examination, valid for 18 months.

Temporary license holders must practice under supervision of a licensed practitioner in the same health profession and cannot be supervised by limited or temporary licensees.
