Total state spending from state resources under this act is $100.00 with $0 allocated to local units of government for fiscal year 2014-2015.

Appropriations authorized are subject to the management and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594.

Legislature intends to provide appropriations for fiscal year ending September 30, 2016 for the same line items, anticipated to be the same as fiscal year 2014-2015 except adjusted for caseload changes, federal fund match rates, economic factors, and available revenue based on January 2015 consensus revenue estimates.
