Appropriates $100 in gross appropriations for the judicial branch for fiscal year ending September 30, 2015, from the state general fund.

Appropriations are subject to the Management and Budget Act (MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) and require written approval from an authorized judicial entity agent before funds can be expended or transferred.

Designates the chief justice of the supreme court to appoint the authorized agent responsible for approving expenditures and transfers of judicial appropriations.

Total state spending from state resources under the act for fiscal year 2014-2015 is $100.00 with $0 to be paid to local units of government.

Legislature intends to provide appropriations for fiscal year 2015-2016 at the same levels as 2014-2015, with adjustments for caseload changes, federal fund match rates, economic factors, and available revenue to be determined after the January 2015 consensus revenue estimating conference.
