Amends MCL 600.4701 to expand the definition of "crime" for forfeiture purposes to include violations of natural resources and environmental protection act provisions related to nonnative aquatic species and environmental protection.

Adds violations of the Medicaid false claim act, Michigan antitrust reform act, uniform securities act, child protection laws, and occupational code to the crimes subject to forfeiture.

Includes numerous violations of the Michigan penal code (1931 PA 328) in the forfeiture definition, covering offenses such as theft, embezzlement, fraud, sexual abuse, and drug-related crimes.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon concurrent enactment of Senate Bills 795, 796, 799, and 800.
