Amends section 320e of the Michigan Vehicle Code to add reference to section 321d for license suspension and reinstatement procedures related to nonpassenger commercial motor vehicles.

Creates new section 321d establishing suspension procedures for nonpassenger commercial motor vehicle group designations when a court orders suspension or revocation under the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act for aquatic prohibited species violations.

Requires the Secretary of State to suspend or revoke a vehicle group designation within 7 business days of court notification and notify the licensee by first-class mail.

Suspension remains in effect until the suspension period elapses, the person pays a $15.00 driver license clearance fee, and the person pays the reinstatement fee under section 320e.

Bill takes effect only if Senate Bill No. 795 of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
