Amends Michigan's criminal sentencing guidelines (MCL 777.16g) to add sentencing classifications and maximum penalties for elder abuse and vulnerable adult abuse offenses under MCL 750.145s.

Establishes sentencing guidelines for five elder/vulnerable adult abuse felonies: causing physical injury/pain/mental suffering (Class F, 4 years max); causing serious impairment of body function (Class C, 15 years max); causing death (Class A, 25 years max); unlawful restraint (Class F, 4 years max); and embezzlement with amounts ranging from $1,000 to $100,000+ (Classes E through B, 5 to 20 years max).

Establishes sentencing guidelines for embezzlement from elder adults with tiered penalties based on amount stolen: $1,000-$20,000 (Class E, 5 years); $20,000-$50,000 (Class D, 10 years); $50,000-$100,000 (Class C, 15 years); and $100,000+ (Class B, 20 years).

Provides that for violations of MCL 750.145d (using internet/computer to commit crimes), offense and prior record variables shall be determined based on the underlying offense.

Takes effect only if Senate Bill 866 of the 97th Legislature is enacted into law.
