Amends Michigan's fishing regulations to establish open seasons for various fish species in state waters under MCL 324.48716

Bluegills and sunfish have no closed season and may be taken year-round

Northern pike, pike-perch, and muskellunge may be taken from the last Saturday in April to March 15 in inland waters, with extended seasons in specified lakes and Great Lakes waters

Brook trout, brown trout, rainbow trout, lake trout, splake, and landlocked salmon may be taken from the last Saturday in April through the second Sunday in September in inland waters

Perch, saugers, white bass, rock bass, warmouth bass, crappies, catfish, bullheads, ciscoes, herring, whitefish, smelt, suckers, and other species may be taken year-round in open waters, with sturgeon limited to January-February in inland waters
