Recreation; trails; statewide trail network; include Pure Michigan Trails and provide for Pure Michigan Water Trails and Pure Michigan Trail Towns. Amends secs. 72103, 72104, 72112 & 72114 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.72103 et seq.) & repeals sec. 72113 of 1994 PA 451 (MCL 324.72113).
