Adds six felony offenses to Michigan's sentencing guidelines framework under MCL 777.15b, including crimes related to unauthorized disclosure of social security numbers, continuing care community disclosures, fraudulent conveyances, and contractor fraud.

Establishes sentencing classes and maximum penalties for these offenses, ranging from Class D (10-year maximum) for false sworn statements involving $20,000 or more to Class G (3-year maximum) for fraudulent conveyances and contractor fund misuse.

Includes a specific felony for unauthorized disclosure of social security numbers as a subsequent offense, classified as a Class F felony with a 4-year statutory maximum.

Takes effect January 2, 2015, contingent upon the enactment of Senate Bill No. 886 of the 97th Legislature as a tie-bar provision.
