Amends worker's compensation law to modify how supplemental payments are made to eligible employees and dependents from the compensation supplement fund for injuries occurring between September 1, 1965 and December 31, 1979.

Requires insurers and self-insurers to make supplemental payments on a weekly basis, with reimbursement from the compensation supplement fund on a quarterly basis contingent on state treasurer certification of available funds.

Establishes a 3-month filing deadline for reimbursement applications and limits reimbursement to claims filed within 1 year of the payment date, with exceptions only as authorized by the director.

Directs the director to submit annual reports identifying all insurers and self-insurers receiving reimbursements and requires recommendations on when the compensation supplement fund obligations are fully satisfied.

Took effect immediately upon approval by the governor on June 26, 2014.
