Reduces annual registration fees for building officials, inspectors, and plan reviewers from $25.00 to $10.00 for payments made after September 30, 2015.

Maintains the $25.00 annual registration fee for payments made on or before September 30, 2015.

Waives all registration and application fees for applicants who are honorably discharged veterans and provide proof of service (Form DD214, DD215, or equivalent documentation showing honorable discharge or honorable conditions discharge).

Requires examination and evaluation fees for training and educational programs to bear a reasonable relation to the actual costs of conducting those programs.

Deposits all collected fees into the state construction code fund established under the Stille-DeRossett-Hale single state construction code act.
