Establishes filing fees for corporate documents submitted to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs, ranging from $5.00 to $50.00 depending on document type (articles, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, etc.).

Allows the administrator to retain revenue from certification, copying, facsimile transmission, and electronic filing fees to cover departmental costs for those services.

Requires dishonored checks to result in rescission of all related document filings and allows the administrator to accept credit cards as payment.

Waives all filing fees for domestic or foreign corporations where a majority of shares are held (or will initially be held) by individuals who served honorably in the U.S. Armed Forces.

Requires incorporators seeking fee waivers to submit a signed affidavit and copies of DD214 or DD215 discharge forms for each veteran shareholder as proof of military service and honorable separation.
