Prohibits posting sexually explicit photographs, drawings, or other visual images of another person on the internet with intent to frighten, intimidate, or harass.

Requires removal of sexually explicit images from the internet upon written request of the person depicted, regardless of whether the person originally consented to the posting unless they knowingly signed a release allowing the posting.

Exempts interactive computer services and information/telecommunications services from liability for content provided by third parties.

Provides affirmative defense if the person took all reasonable steps to remove the image immediately upon written request.

Defines "sexually explicit" as displaying a person's genitalia, anus, or if female, nipples or areola; takes effect 90 days after enactment and is contingent upon Senate Bill 925 also being enacted into law.
