Amends the Food Law (2000 PA 92) Section 1107 to modify definitions related to food establishments and food safety regulations.

Removes the exemption that previously excluded homes for the aged and nursing homes from food establishment regulations, requiring them to comply with food safety standards.

Clarifies that adult foster care facilities are subject to food establishment regulations and cannot claim exemption as residential facilities.

Adds definition of "balut" (an embryo inside an incubated fertile egg) to explicitly exclude it from the definition of "egg" under the law.

Takes effect only upon enactment of Senate Bills 886, 887, and 888 of the 97th Legislature (tied to companion bills).
