Establishes the "Michigan freedom to work for individuals with disabilities law" to provide medical assistance to working individuals with disabilities who earn income exceeding normal Medicaid limits.

Permits eligible participants to accumulate up to $75,000 in personal savings and unlimited retirement accounts while maintaining Medicaid coverage, with assets remaining excluded from other Medicaid program eligibility determinations.

Allows temporary employment breaks up to 24 months for involuntary layoffs, medical necessity, or employment-related relocation without losing program eligibility.

Implements a sliding scale monthly premium based on gross income: no premium below 138% of federal poverty guidelines, up to 7.5% monthly premium between 138% and $75,000 annual income, and 100% of average program participant cost for income over $75,000.

Caps annual premium revenue collection at $3,000,000 and permits the Department of Community Health to waive requirements if inconsistent with federal Medicaid regulations.
