Department must report annually by November 1 on privately leased state space as of September 30, including lease number, location, lessor name, square footage, net rates, occupancy, monthly/annual costs, lease dates, options, and total costs for all leases.

Department must submit detailed lease proposals at least 2 weeks before JCOS review, including costs, terms, bid process details, market comparisons, and cost comparisons between proposed and current leases.

Department must report within 45 days after fiscal year close on all active JCOS-approved planning and construction projects financed through state building authority or general fund, including project status, authorization details, unencumbered balances, and estimated completion dates.

Definition of "project" includes appropriation line items made for purchase of real estate.
