Creates the "Sexual Assault Victim's Access to Justice Act" to establish victim rights in sexual assault cases and require notifications by law enforcement agencies.

Requires investigating law enforcement agencies to provide sexual assault victims with written information within 24 hours of initial contact, including contact information for local sexual assault services, notice of forensic examination rights, and information about personal protection orders.

Mandates the Michigan Domestic and Sexual Violence Prevention and Treatment Board develop a sample notice card for victims by June 30, 2015, and an informational handout explaining forensic testing results by September 30, 2015.

Allows victims to request case information including investigator contact details, case status, prosecutorial review status, closure reasons, and DNA testing results if disclosure does not compromise ongoing investigations.

Permits victims to designate an alternative person to receive requested information and allows responses by phone, mail, or email as specified by the victim; takes effect April 1, 2015.
