Prohibits local governmental bodies from passing laws, ordinances, or regulations that infringe on employers' or employees' rights under federal labor laws, including the National Labor Relations Act and Labor Management Relations Act of 1947.

Bars local governments from conditioning business transactions, regulatory requirements, zoning permits, or licenses on waiving or limiting federal labor law rights.

Protects specific rights including employees' and employers' rights to express views on unionization, demand secret ballot elections, control release of employee information, and restrict property access consistent with federal law.

Voids any agreement or contract between employers and labor organizations that waives rights granted under this act.

Allows employers and employees to seek injunctive relief to enforce compliance with the act's provisions.
