Changes language in Section 6(1)(d) from "shall serve" to "serves" regarding the at-will status of the individual appointed to manage day-to-day operations of the Michigan state capitol historic site.

Adds new subsection (1)(i) requiring the commission to display a plaque donated by Brass Roots honoring the right to bear arms under the Second Amendment and Michigan Constitution Article I, Section 6, when sufficient funds are received for placement costs.

Maintains commission authority to operate, manage, maintain, and restore the Michigan state capitol building and grounds, employ staff as at-will employees, and contract for goods and services.

Preserves the Senate and House of Representatives' exclusive authority over internal space allocation decisions in the state capitol building and parking lot, prohibiting commission control over these matters.
