Amends the Large Carnivore Act (2000 PA 274) to change the exemption for zoological parks from "American Zoo and Aquarium Association" to "Association of Zoos and Aquariums."

Removes section 6 from the list of sections that do not apply to animal shelters, licensed facilities, zoos, sanctuaries, law enforcement, and veterinarians.

Specifies that the act does not apply to circuses.

Allows patron contact with bears under 36 weeks of age or weighing 90 pounds or less at licensed facilities if the operator possessed a bear before March 26, 2013, or acquired a business with bears from someone who did on that date.

Maintains prohibition on patron direct contact with large carnivores and restrictions on sales and breeding of large carnivores at licensed exhibition facilities.
