Moves certain hydrocodone combination products from Schedule 3 to Schedule 2 controlled substances under Michigan's Public Health Code.

Removes from Schedule 3 provisions allowing up to 300 milligrams of dihydrocodeinone per 100 milliliters (or 15 milligrams per dosage unit) in combination with isoquinoline alkaloids or other active ingredients.

Adds these limited-quantity hydrocodone formulations to Schedule 2, which includes opiates and narcotic drugs with high abuse potential and stricter regulatory requirements.

Makes technical corrections to controlled substances statutes, replacing "which" with "that" in multiple provisions for grammatical consistency.

Allows the administrator to promulgate rules exempting certain compound, mixture, or preparation formulations from Schedule 3 restrictions if admixtures vitiate the potential for abuse.
