Prohibits coercing a pregnant female to have an abortion against her will through violence, threats, or other means with knowledge of pregnancy and intent to coerce.

Makes it illegal to commit, attempt, or threaten assault crimes or violations of stalking/harassment laws (sections 411h and 411i) to coerce abortion.

Prohibits discontinuing financial support, withdrawing from contracts, discharging from employment, or engaging in coercion to pressure a pregnant woman against having an abortion after she has expressed unwillingness.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties with fines up to $5,000, or up to $10,000 if the offender is the father/putative father and the pregnant individual is under 18 years old.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment; permits additional charges for violations of other laws committed while violating this section.
