Amends section 16l of the Michigan Code of Criminal Procedure to add sentencing guidelines for felonies enumerated in Chapter 750 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.

Creates a sentencing table that classifies various felonies by offense category, crime class, and statutory maximum penalty, including offenses such as extortion, impersonation, false pretenses, telecommunications fraud, residential mortgage fraud, and unauthorized credit applications.

Establishes that for violations of MCL 750.213a(3)(a) (coercing a female to have an abortion against her will), the offense class, offense variable level, and prior record variable level shall be determined based on the underlying offense.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment, contingent upon Senate Bill No. 1156 of the 97th Legislature being enacted into law.
