Amends the Autism Coverage Reimbursement Act (2012 PA 101) to revise definitions in Section 3 (MCL 550.1833).

Removes the exclusion of claims for services included in essential health benefits as required by the federal Affordable Care Act (effective January 1, 2014).

Clarifies definitions of autism-related terms, carriers, paid claims, and various health coverage programs including Medicare, Medicaid, and federal employee health benefits.

Corrects a citation reference for Medicare from "1395kkk-1" to "1395lll."
