Amends Michigan election law to specify nominating petition formatting requirements, including 8-1/2 by 14 inch size with specific type sizes for different sections (24-point boldface for "nominating petition," 12-point boldface for warning, 8-point for other text).

Requires petition circulators to be 18 years old or older and a U.S. citizen, and permits non-Michigan residents to circulate if they agree to accept state jurisdiction and allow legal service through the Secretary of State.

Establishes criminal penalties including misdemeanor charges for signing petitions with false names, making false statements on petitions, or signing more petitions for the same office than positions available.

Authorizes the Board of State Canvassers to disqualify fraudulent signatures and disqualify candidates from the ballot if they knowingly permitted violations of petition requirements.

Repeals Section 208 of the Michigan election law; effective immediately upon Governor's approval on December 30, 2014.
