Recognizes Pure Michigan Business Connect as a public-private partnership developed by the Michigan Economic Development Corporation that provides Michigan businesses with supply chain expansion, customer connections, business-to-business networking, and low-cost professional services.

Notes that state purchases provide billions of dollars annually to Michigan's economy and represent significant opportunities for Michigan businesses through the competitive bidding system.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the Governor, the Department of Technology, Management, and Budget director, and the Michigan Economic Development Corporation president.
