Establishes June 23, 2014 as Coast Guard Auxiliary Day to recognize 75 years of service since the Auxiliary's creation by Congress on June 23, 1939

Acknowledges the 32,000 volunteer members who annually save approximately 500 lives, assist 15,000 boaters in distress, conduct over 150,000 vessel safety examinations, and instruct 500,000 students in boating and water safety

Recognizes Auxiliary contributions to Michigan waterways through boating safety education, vessel safety checks, and support for U.S. Coast Guard operations on water and in air

Highlights expanded roles in port security, waterways patrols, and critical infrastructure protection since September 11, 2001, including Maritime Domain Awareness and American Waterway Watch programs

Directs transmission of the resolution to Coast Guard Auxiliary leadership at national, regional, and district levels as evidence of support and commendation
