Requires owners, lessees, operators, or managers of theaters, circuses, athletic grounds, and public entertainment venues to print ticket price and seat number (if applicable) in conspicuous type on each admission ticket.

Requires printing or endorsing on tickets sold at locations other than the box office a statement informing buyers that the ticket may be purchased at box office price without surcharge at the venue's box office.

Prohibits persons from knowingly selling, distributing, or possessing software designed to circumvent website controls or measures that ticket sellers use to ensure equitable ticket sale processes.

Establishes that violations of ticket pricing and resale requirements are misdemeanors punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
