Establishes the "State Police Motor Vehicle Pursuit Policy Act" to regulate motor vehicle pursuits by the Department of State Police in municipalities participating in the Secure Cities Partnership Initiative.

Requires all motor vehicle pursuits by state police within a municipality to comply with that municipality's local pursuit policy if one exists.

Authorizes local peace officers to order the end of a state police motor vehicle pursuit if it violates the municipality's local pursuit policy.

Requires officers initiating pursuits to immediately notify dispatchers with specific information including the violation reason, vehicle description, location, direction, speed, number of occupants, and known weapons.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment into law.
