Amends secs. 2, 2a, 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 30, 32, 33, 34a & 36 of 1974 PA 300 (MCL 257.1302 et seq.); adds secs. 7a, 7b, 7c, 7d, 7e, 7f, 10a, 13a, 13b & 32a & repeals sec. 39 of 1974 PA 300 (MCL 257.1339).
