Establishes licensure and regulation of naturopathic physicians in Michigan, effective 180 days after enactment, requiring individuals to be licensed to practice naturopathic medicine.

Creates a 7-member Board of Naturopathic Medicine appointed by the governor, consisting of 3 naturopathic physicians, 2 physicians (MDs/DOs), and 2 public members.

Requires applicants for licensure to graduate from an approved naturopathic medical program and pass the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners examination or equivalent board-approved exam.

Permits licensed naturopathic physicians to perform physical/laboratory examinations, order diagnostic imaging, dispense non-prescription and formulary-approved prescription medicines, provide physical medicine therapies, and perform minor office procedures, but prohibits surgery, controlled substances (except as authorized), general anesthesia, and laser procedures.

Establishes a Naturopathic Formulary Council with 2 naturopathic physicians, 2 pharmacists, and 1 MD/DO to determine which prescription and non-prescription medicines naturopathic physicians may use in practice.
