Increases juror daily compensation beginning January 1, 2016: first day at $30.00 (previously $25.00), and subsequent days at $45.00 (previously $40.00).

Increases juror half-day compensation beginning January 1, 2016: first half-day at $15.00 (previously $12.50), and subsequent half-days at $25.00 (previously $20.00).

Maintains mileage reimbursement for jurors at a minimum rate of 10 cents per mile, to be determined by county board of commissioners.

Preserves existing provisions regarding jury fee payment to circuit courts when actions are removed to lower courts, and penalties for fraudulent attendance certificates.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment.
