Prohibits persons from hindering or preventing lawful work or employment through mass picketing, unlawful threats, or force.

Prohibits obstructing or interfering with entrance to or egress from places of employment through mass picketing.

Prohibits obstructing or interfering with free and uninterrupted use of public roads, streets, highways, railways, airports, or other ways of travel or conveyance through mass picketing.

Prohibits picketing private residences by any means or methods.

Allows employers to obtain injunctive relief in circuit court without demonstrating irreparable harm, with prevailing plaintiffs entitled to court costs and reasonable attorney fees; violators subject to $1,000 per day civil fines, or $10,000 per day if a union or organization continues to sponsor prohibited activity.
