Establishes the Boy Scouts of Michigan fund within the Department of Treasury to provide donations to boy scout organizations in Michigan that promote ethical and moral development through scout oath and law values.

Requires the state treasurer to credit to the fund all amounts appropriated under section 435 of the Michigan Income Tax Act of 1967 (MCL 206.435).

Fund consists of appropriated money, interest and earnings from investments, and any gifts or donations received; state treasurer directs fund investments.

Money from gifts or donations becomes available for distribution to counties from which the contribution was received, upon annual appropriation by the legislature.

Fund money may serve as matching funds for federal grants supporting the purposes described in the act, and unspent funds do not lapse to the general fund at year-end.
