Amends Michigan's public health code to modify reporting requirements for professional liability insurance claims against licensed health care providers.

Requires insurers providing professional liability insurance to report claims, settlements, and final dispositions to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs directly upon request.

Requires court clerks to submit malpractice judgment and settlement reports to the department within 10 days, including the licensee's name and damage amounts.

Takes effect 90 days after enactment (August 1, 2016) and is contingent on the enactment of House Bill 4665.
