Prohibits coercing a pregnant woman to have an abortion against her will through violence, threats, or other illegal means with knowledge of her pregnancy and intent to coerce.

Makes it a crime to commit, attempt, or threaten violations of sections 411h, 411i (relating to pregnant women), or assaultive crimes against the pregnant woman or others to coerce abortion.

Criminalizes coercion (as defined in section 462a) after being informed the pregnant woman does not want an abortion, with penalties up to $5,000 for general violations.

Increases penalty to $10,000 if the offender is the father or putative father, the pregnant woman is under 18, and the offender is 18 or older.

Penalties for violations under subsection (1)(a) match the penalties for the underlying offense committed, attempted, or threatened; became effective September 7, 2016.
